This Privacy Policy describes how Adgenix Lab ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our AI-powered UGC ad creation platform (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash). If you use social sign-in, we receive basic profile information from the identity provider.

Product and Research Data

When you use the research features, we collect product URLs, product descriptions, and scraped content from those URLs. This data is used to generate AI-powered product research, scripts, and advertising content.

Generated Content

We store content generated through the Service, including AI research profiles, ad scripts, hooks, angles, voiceover audio, avatar videos, composed final videos, generated images, ad copy, and landing pages. This content is associated with your account and projects.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including API usage logs, feature usage patterns, generation counts, and timestamps. This helps us monitor service health, track usage limits, and improve the platform.

Technical Data

We automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type, device information, and referring URLs when you access the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
  • Process your product research and generate AI-powered content
  • Create and manage your account
  • Monitor and enforce usage limits and billing
  • Send important service communications (account verification, password resets, service updates)
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve the Service
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. Third-Party Data Sharing

To deliver the Service, your content is processed by the following third-party AI and technology providers. Each provider processes data according to their own privacy policies:

AI generation and analysis

  • Anthropic (Claude) — Receives product descriptions, URLs, scraped content, scripts, performance data and, when you attach them in Copilot or analysis features, images and documents. Generates research, scripts, ad copy, landing pages, analysis and Copilot answers.
  • OpenRouter — Routes image and video generation requests (including Google VEO and Imagen models) to the underlying model providers. Receives prompts and reference images.
  • OpenAI — Receives prompts and reference images for image generation and editing.
  • Fal.ai, Higgsfield and Manus — Receive prompts, reference images and video clips for AI image, video and face-swap generation.
  • HeyGen — Receives script text, avatar configuration and uploaded reference media to generate AI spokesperson videos.
  • ElevenLabs — Receives script text to generate voiceover audio, and uploaded audio or video for transcription.

Research and data sources

  • Firecrawl — Receives product and landing page URLs to extract publicly available web content.
  • Serper and PipiAds — Receive search keywords for web and ad-library research.
  • Meta (Ad Library API) — Receives search keywords to query the public Meta Ad Library.

Advertising, tracking and hosting

  • Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Google Ads APIs — When you connect an ad account, we read its campaign, ad and performance data and, on your instruction, create campaigns and upload creatives to it.
  • RedTrack — Receives campaign, landing page and offer configuration and returns click and conversion data for reporting and optimization.
  • Namecheap and Railway — Domain purchase, DNS and hosting for landing pages you publish.
  • Supabase — Cloud storage for uploaded and generated media files.
  • tmpfiles.org — Temporary public URLs (expiring after about an hour) for media handed to HeyGen.

Communication

  • Resend — Delivers account and notification emails (your email address and the message content).
  • Google Calendar — When a workspace connects Google Meet, meeting titles, times and attendee email addresses are sent to create calendar events and invitations.
  • Slack — When a workspace connects Slack, notifications and Copilot conversations held in Slack are sent to and received from Slack.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your personal information for advertising purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database and cloud storage services. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Secure password hashing (bcrypt)
  • Authentication tokens with expiration
  • Role-based access control
  • Regular security updates and monitoring

While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Cookies and Tracking

The Service uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. These cookies are necessary for the Service to function and cannot be disabled. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Correction — Request correction of inaccurate personal data
  • Deletion — Request deletion of your personal data and account
  • Export — Request a portable copy of your data
  • Restriction — Request that we limit processing of your data
  • Objection — Object to certain types of data processing

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at support@adgenixlab.com. We will respond to your request within 30 days.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data and generated content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data and generated content within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention or dispute resolution).

API usage and cost records are kept for as long as your account exists; they are the basis for billing and spend limits and are not automatically purged. Operational records are pruned by a daily job: completed background job records after 14 days and failed ones after 60 days, scheduled-job run history and read notifications after 90 days, and AI learning-run logs after 180 days (the latest 10 per product are always kept).

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

9. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States, where our servers and third-party providers are located. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your data to these countries.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on the Service with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
